Problem help plz

Ive made an NPC, but it's not a mob, only a NPC. Normal players cant att it only admins. What do i set it's NPC level too? I've tried 2 1 15 and 9 It wont work D:!

i think att means attack
the monster eof means end of file any monsters after that wont work right eof sould always be at the end
the npc sould be 1 or 2
1 - does not attack inless attacked
2 - attacks you if you attack it or not

if eof is not the porblem i have clue :\

Make sure you have pubedit v1.3, because it might not be saving it properly. I had the same problem.
